Midday Supervisor job summary

Overview of the role:

The ideal candidate will be caring, responsible and able to work as part of a team. In this role, you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of children during the lunchtime period, supporting the school’s policy for promoting positive behaviour.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has :

experience of managing a team

experience of working with children

t. the ability to communicate effectively

experience to encourage and lead positive and active play experiences and opportunities

experience of supporting and fostering positive relationships between children as they play together

previous experience of working as a midday supervisor within a primary school would be an advantage
