What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a Midday Supervisor at The Link School who has a genuine belief in person centred teaching and a commitment to the education and development of young people with SEN.
You will need a genuine belief in person centred learning with an ability to build strong relationships of trust with young people with high level anxieties as well as an ability to engage young people through their motivations and interests. You will need experience and a willingness to manage children with ASD (both verbal and non-verbal) and SLCN
We are particularly looking for staff with strong emotional intelligence and an ability to understand and come alongside children with high level anxieties.
