The Orchard Way Academy

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our team at The Orchard Way Academy. You will play a key role in ensuring that pupils are safe, happy and well supported during the lunchtime period, supervising children in the dining hall and playground, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging structured play activities and helping to create a safe and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will be a positive role model with excellent communication skills, a commitment to safeguarding and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to a range of situations. Previous experience working with children is desirable, and a willingness to obtain and maintain First Aid and Food Hygiene qualifications is essential.
