Midday Supervisor job summary
Thomas Tallis is a flourishing and popular school situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We currently have 2000 pupils on the school roll including over 800 students in our highly competitive sixth form. We strive for excellence in all that we do underpinned by our four core values of creativity, community, engagement and challenge.
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our existing team of Supervisors who are responsible for the safety, wellbeing and good behaviour of students during the lunchtime break. You will be calm, caring, trustworthy and reliable with a good sense of humour. Previous experience is not essential though would be welcome.
We are looking for someone who can:
- create a positive relationship with students and staff
- develop a sense of community that reflects the school’s values
- work professionally in a team environment
- proactively help to develop and maintain good order in the school
