At Woodlands Primary School, you'll help ensure pupils have a safe and enjoyable lunchtime while becoming part of a friendly and supportive school community.

About the Role

As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring pupils are safe, happy and well supported during the lunchtime period. You will supervise children in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas, encouraging positive behavior and helping to create a calm, inclusive and enjoyable environment where every child can thrive.

Main duties of the role include:

    • General supervision of all children during the lunch period, in the dining hall, playground, outdoor areas and classrooms (during wet play).
    • Encouragement of purposeful play and social skills activities
    • To clear, wipe and clean dining hall tables and floor, setting out/putting away dining hall tables and clear up any spillages.

    We are looking for an individual who have:

    • GCSE or equivalent in Math's & English, grade C/4 or above.
    • Experience of working with children.
    • Experience of working as part of a team.
