Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary

Midday Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team at Beaminster St Mary's Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Safeguarding children during the lunchtime period

Clearing and tidying away after lunch

Distributing lunches to children

Encouraging positive play and interaction among the children

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role, working with children

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Commitment to promoting the school's Christian ethos and values

Desirable Qualities:

Patience and understanding when working with children

Creativity in facilitating engaging lunchtime activities

Willingness to participate in school events and extra-curricular activities

Hours – 10 hours per week from 12noon to 2pm.
