Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great school, with a fantastic, supportive staff team.
Current Vacancy: 1.5 hours per day, Monday - Friday, 12.15 - 13.45 , term -time only.
We are currently a three form of entry school in years three to six, and two form entry in Year one, Year two and Reception. As part of the expansion of our school, the former St Albans Music School was converted into an impressive upper school building complete with a library, a large PPA room, break out room, individual offices and most importantly spacious, fully equipped classrooms.
The rest of the school is also very well organised including a large, separate EYFS area, which has its own outdoor provision. In addition, we have expansive and attractive outdoor facilities including four playgrounds, a large school field, an outdoor theatre and an environmental area.
Our lunchtime team care for and supervise children during the lunchtime period with their health and safety, welfare and good conduct. They supervise children whilst eating and outdoors whilst in the playground. The team also help prepare, clean and tidy the dining halls.
If all of this sounds interesting to you then why not make an application. If you would like to arrange an appointment to look around for an informal visit then please contact our school office on 01727 890440 or by email on admin@gardenfields.aetrust.uk .
We look forward to hearing from you.
Paul Sutton
