Colman Infant School

Contract: Permanent, part time (6.67 hours per week, 38 weeks per year).

Salary: NJC Scale 1, sp 2, (FTE: £244,14 Actual: £3,680)

Start Date: January 2026.

 

The Colman Schools are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join the team.

 

The main duties of the role will include: 

- Supervising children whilst eating in the dining hall 

- Supervising children on the playground

- Encouraging and engaging with positive play and good behaviour 

- Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment 

- Administering first aid when required.

 We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and has the ability to work as part of a close-knit team. All training including safeguarding and first aid training will be offered as part of the role.
