Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary
We are looking for Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team here at Skegness Junior Academy !
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Midday Supervisor to join our SJA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of pupils during lunchtime, supervising them in the dining hall, playground, and other school areas. Key duties include managing pupil behaviour, assisting with any issues or conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment. If you are enthusiastic about working with children and contributing to their school experience, we would love to hear from you.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 11:45am - 1:00pm, term time only.
We are looking for candidates who:
- have experience of working with children,
- have a flexible approach and ability to be part of a team,
- hold a First Aid Qualification (not essential as training can be provided).
