We are looking to appoint:
An enthusiastic and passionate Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) to support our children from January 2026. The role involves supporting children through lunch, supporting positive eating habits and making lucnhtimes a positive, social time. The right cnadidiate will be responsove to children’s indivisual needs. The successful MSA would be supported by other staff to make lunch times a success.
The successful candidate should:
- Have experience of working with Early Years or Key Stage 1 children or in a role with transferable skills.
- Have a passion for working with children
- Be able to support varying SEN needs including Speech and language needs
- Be able to apply strategies as advised by the team supporting the child
- Be able to support positive behaviour
- Be able to communicate effectively to all members of the school team and collaborate well with others
- Be flexible, calm and consistent keen to promote the best outcomes for children
- Work proactively and use initiative

This post is initially a temporary contact for one year. Term time 12:20am-1:30pm daily, Scale A £12.65 per hour, 6 hours and 15 minutes weekly.
