Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary
Permanent. Term-Time Only (38 weeks). Monday - Friday 11.30am-1pm (7.5 hours per week)
Keeping our children safe and happy is essential and this is your opportunity to join our dedicated school team in the important role of Midday Supervisory Assistant! You will be a vital addition to our existing support team, providing valuable assistance and supervision during lunchtimes.

Founded in 1842 as the village school, it has proudly remained at the centre of local life, continuing to play a vital role in shaping generations of young learners. We currently welcome children aged 3 to 11, with around 500 pupils currently on roll.

About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will :
- Be able to assist with playground activities and lunchtime support with groups of children where needed
- Be a compassionate and adaptable individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all pupils
- Be someone who is able to encourage children to behave appropriately and safely during lunchtimes
- Have a natural ability to interact and engage with children in a kind and approachable manner
