Woodton Primary School is a small, friendly village school at the heart of its community. We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisor Assistant (MSA) to join our dedicated team. This is an important role within the school, helping to ensure that our pupils enjoy a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. Our Vision: 'To love our neighbour, enabling everyone to flourish and reach their full potential,' underpins our school ethos. Hours of work, 11:45-13:15, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will:
- Supervise children during the lunchtime period both indoors and outdoors.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage good manners.
- Support pupils in developing positive play and social skills.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
- Assist with setting up and tidying the dining area and playground as required.
- Work closely with school staff to support pupils' needs.
