Mini Bus Driver job summary

St Giles Spencer Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and committed Mini-Bus Driver to start as soon as possible on a part-time, term time only basis. The post is for 14 hours per week; 2 days a week (8.30am - 4pm) either working a Monday and Tuesday OR a Tuesday and Friday. The position will involve safely transporting our children between school site and off-site for educational visits.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have experience of driving a large vehicle
  • Have a clean driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
  • Hold a current, clean and valid driving licence D1 unrestricted or a PBVC driving licence or D1 restricted (car licence obtained prior to 01/01/1997)
  • Be aged 25+ (for insurance purposes)
