Minibus Driver job summary
Join our team as a Minibus Driver on a casual contract (Operation times are between the hours 7am – 5pm Mon-Fri)
As part of our friendly Support Team, you will:
- • Drive our college minibuses, transporting young people safely to and from college
- • Accompany and support students on trips and visits in the community
- • Work alongside teaching assistants, support staff, and teachers to ensure students feel safe and supported
We’re looking for someone who is:
- • Confident working with (or keen to learn about working with) young people with a wide range of SEND needs
- • Reliable, safety-conscious, and approachable
- • Willing to learn about best practice in supporting young people with SEND

Salary Grade 3, SCP 10 – 13, £24,796 – £25,186 FTE
Actual Salary: Hourly Rate £12.85 - £13.05
Hours: Casual hours – must be available Mon- Fri between 07:00 – 17:00
