Minibus Driver job summary

St Raphael the Archangel CMAT are looking to recruit a number of Minibus drivers. This role will be based between St Benedict’s Catholic High School, Alcester and St Gregory's Catholic Primary School, Stratford upon Avon. This is a casual, fixed term position from September 2026 for one academic year, working between 10 to 20 hours per week on a term time only basis (38 weeks per year).

The successful candidate will:

  • transport Year 7 students between St Benedict’s in Alcester and their current Primary School morning and afternoon.
  • drive the School Minibus in a responsible and competent manner, ensuring the safety of passengers, other road users, members of the public, and yourself at all times.
  • when required, collect students from given pick-up points along a specific route and deliver them to school, collect them from school, and drop them back at given points.
