Minibus Driver job summary

As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for working unsupervised with small groups of students. You will need to be reliable and available to work the designated hours each day during term time. You will be required to safely transport students, conduct vehicle safety checks, and keep the minibus clean. You will need to be flexible with route and schedule changes, potentially on short notice.

The successful candidate must hold a full, clean UK driving licence which includes the D1 category.

You will also be required to cover the school run and to/from Monday swimming sessions. Additional hours may be available to transport pupils and staff to a variety of school events and activities.

In the role of Minibus Driver, you will provide safe and reliable transport on their home to school minibus runs each morning. All journeys are accompanied by a chaperone.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
