Minibus Driver job summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Minibus Driver to provide a safe, efficient and welcoming transport service for students across our Trust. Working closely with the Estates Manager and colleagues across our schools, you will play a key role in ensuring that students can access learning opportunities, educational activities and wider Trust provision safely and on time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting students between sites, carrying out routine vehicle safety checks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring vehicles remain clean, roadworthy and compliant. They will promote a positive and respectful environment for passengers, demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety, and act as a positive representative of the Trust at all times.
This role would suit someone who is dependable, safety-conscious and able to work independently, with excellent driving standards and a commitment to supporting the wellbeing and success of young people.
