Motivational Outdoor Learning Instructor (MOLI) job summary
Are you a calm, positive person who enjoys working in a dedicated team of staff who support children and families?
The Headteacher and Governors at Beechwood Primary School and Nursery are looking to appoint a highly effective Motivational Outdoor Learning Instructor (MOLI) for January 2022 to work with pupils across the school.
We are looking to appoint a MOLI who will be responsible for co-ordinating learning experiences outside of the classroom and motivating disaffected pupils to re-engage in school and curriculum activities including a commitment to delivering a variety of outdoor after school activities.
The successful candidate must share our school’s values and have the ability and enthusiasm to work with children of all ages within small groups and as part of a whole class in outdoor learning activities.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about children and their learning, who is calm, enthusaistic, approachable and has excellent communication skills. In return we can offer a welcoming school with children who are happy and willing to learn, an enthusiastic and supportive staff and a Senior Leadership Team who prioritise staff wellbeing.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment, therefore, is subject to stringent vetting processes and an enhanced DBS check.
