Motor Vehicle Teacher job summary
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational colleague to join our established Motor Vehicle Alternative Provision.
This post is integral to our schools and the Junction 16 Service and plays an important role in enhancing opportunities for young people. This post would suit a passionate and motivated colleague who is experienced in working successfully with children with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs to ensure their success.
As a teacher/unqualified teacher, you will need to share our commitment, vision and values. As we move towards converting to an academy trust, this post could lead to further progression opportunities within the Junction 16 team and our schools over time.
The successful candidate will have experience and a passion for motor vehicles. This may be with cars or other specific vehicles such as motor bikes. They would ideally have some experience in the motor vehicle industry and/or in education. An appreciation and understanding of Alternative Provision (AP), being able to engage and enthuse our pupils is key. The successful candidate would work collaboratively within a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape.
