  • Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all children in your class.
  • Assess, monitor, and record children’s progress accurately, using assessment to inform future teaching.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to ensure inclusion of all learners, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Lead a subject area, driving curriculum development and innovation within the school.
  • Adhere to all school policies and procedures, contributing positively to the school ethos.
  • Engage with the wider school community to promote a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in assessing children’s learning and planning lessons accordingly.
  • Proven ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Commitment to creating a positive classroom environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to school development.
  • Willingness and capability to lead a subject area.
