- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all children in your class.
- Assess, monitor, and record children’s progress accurately, using assessment to inform future teaching.
- Adapt teaching strategies to ensure inclusion of all learners, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Lead a subject area, driving curriculum development and innovation within the school.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, contributing positively to the school ethos.
- Engage with the wider school community to promote a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in assessing children’s learning and planning lessons accordingly.
- Proven ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Commitment to creating a positive classroom environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to school development.
- Willingness and capability to lead a subject area.
Desirable Qualities:
- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and inclusive school community.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
