Musbury Primary School - Teaching Assistant 15hpw, term time only job summary

The First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 21 primary schools, is seeking to recruit a part time Teaching Assistant for Musbury Primary School to work across the school to support teaching and learning. This post is for 15 hours per week, term time only and is offered on a fixed term basis in the first instance to August 2025.

Musbury Primary School is a set in the beautiful village of Musbury, East Devon with good transport links to both Devon and Dorset. The school provides a warm and nurturing learning environment with a family atmosphere which has excellent relationships with parents/carers and the local community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.

• To deliver targeted interventions.
• To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
• To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
• You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion

There is an element of Mealtime Assistant cover within this role.
