What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for full-time music teacher to join our two-form entry school staff in September 2025.
We are looking for music teachers who:
- Are enthusiastic, hardworking and positive
- Have high expectations of themselves and of the children
- Develop a classroom environment and teaching practice which secures effective learning across the National Curriculum for music in all key stages including Foundation Stage
- Are team players and excellent communicators with strong organisational skills
- Are excellent practitioners or have the potential to become one
- Are willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
- Ability to read musical notation
We have close links with the wider community and our parents are extremely supportive.
