As part of our Oasis vision to transform education we are looking for an experienced, inspirational, and forward-thinking National Director of Primary Standards to become immersed in delivering an education strategy that continues to grow, strengthen, and deepen the impact of our primary education work. Work that influences and changes the lives of every child and young person we engage so they can flourish and reach their ultimate potential.

The National Director of Primary Standards will work closely with the Chief Education Officer to continue the development of our Primary academies and to raise standards though the implementation of holistic education. The successful candidate will lead a team of Regional Directors to realise the vision of exceptional education at the heart of the community.

The responsibilities, stakeholder relationships and scope of influence associated with this key role demand a highly resilient individual who naturally reflects and represents the Oasis 9 habits in all behaviours, actions and contacts.

With high aspirations and a commitment to excellence, the experience sought includes a proven or demonstrable track record in developing educational strategies across multiple schools to deliver sustained progress and achievement. This will be supported by a clear ability to lead highly effective teams and of developing/embedding an organisational culture across multiple schools.
