Non-Teaching Assistant Head of Year job summary

We are looking to appoint a Non-Teaching Head of Year to work within our Pastoral Team managing the behaviour, welfare and academic achievement within a designated group of pupils.
You will work closely with pupils, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning progress, and support the development of high standards in all aspects of student behaviour, attitude and learning culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference to a wide range of learners. You must be a positive and passionate individual with a commitment to delivering outstanding support to young people.
