What You’ll Be Doing:As a Nursery Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning and development by:Providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0 – 5 years.Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and age-appropriate activities.Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Contributing to the ongoing development and success of our nursery provision.
What We’re Looking for:We are looking for someone who:Holds a recognised Early Years and Childcare qualification [Level 2 or above, or equivalent].Has experience working within an early years setting.Understands the importance of play-based learning and child-centred practice.Is creative, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience working with babies would be an advantage, but is not essential.
