What skills and experience we're looking for
Shiplake Church of England Primary School is a popular Voluntary Aided village school in Shiplake which is just outside the town of Henley on Thames. Little Squirrels@Shiplake Primary is our on-site nursery, with a roll of 25 children ranging from 2 to 4 years of age.
We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant/EYFS Practitioner (Level 2/3) to join our Little Squirrels team from September 2024.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing effective learning experiences in order to achieve the highest individual standards for all pupils, along with working effectively with our committed staff team. We are a friendly and supportive team with a strong commitment to doing the best we can for everyone associated with our close community. Our staff are committed to working together to achieve the best for our children in order to help them grow and develop into independent young learners.

What the school offers its staff
The post is offered on a term time only basis and the ideal candidate would be able to work 32 ½ hours per week (8.30am to 3.30pm). However, flexible working options would be considered.
