Nursery Assistant job summary

From September 2022, the salary will increase to a full-time equivalent of £19,411 and will be pro-rated to reflect the working basis that is offered to the successful candidate.

About the role: Hartley Primary Academy have a fantastic opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Assistant to join our highly collaborative and supportive team. This role is pivotal to our success in the classroom and provides a great deal of support for our teachers, therefore our successful candidates will be able to establish strong working relationships with staff and students alike. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, be reliable and excellent communicators. Our successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification or above, which is suitable for this role. This is a great role for those seeking work during Term Time only and who are keen to be part of a fantastic primary academy!

This is a permanent opportunity working Term Time only, 26 hours per week and offers an actual salary of £10,794 (£18,330 full time equivalent). Please be aware that we have flexibility to offer a start date of June or September 2022, so please include on your application your preference. ​​​​​​​
