  • Teaching assistant
• Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored
• Key stage: Early years
• Working pattern: Part time: 25 hours per week. Monday - Friday, various hours between 7:45am and 6:00pm (52 weeks).
• Contract type: Fixed term - This is a part time, Maternity Cover position - Maternity or parental leave cover
• Full-time equivalent salary: £21,189 pro rata per annum
• Actual salary: £10.98 per hour

What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to hear from you if you:

• are a motivated, energetic and proactive Early Years Professional who will ensure the delivery of safe, high quality education and care for all of our children;
• Have experience of working with pre-school age children;

• Have a relevant NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in children’s care and learning;
• Have recognised, relevant safeguarding training;
• Preferably, but not essential, have experience of working with children with special educational needs;
• Be able to demonstrate a warm and caring approach with the children;
• Are a team player and willing to support colleagues within a small team.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
