The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an innovative, hard-working teacher to join our happy and dedicated EYFS and Senior Management team.
We are seeking someone who:
instinctively deals with children with warmth, care and understanding.
has the ability to deliver a stimulating, child centred environment and an exciting curriculum.
is a qualified teacher with experience of working within an Early Years setting and/or the Foundation Stage for at least 3 years.
can provide leadership, direction and management to ensure sustained improvement of the Foundation Stage and help lead the school in the policies and practices of continuous school improvement and staff development in relation to the Early Years Foundation Stage.
will share in and support the leadership of the school as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
has proven skills in communicating and developing positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
