About the Roles:
As a Nursery Manager, you will you will be responsible for the development and daily management of the nursery, ensuring a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years. This is an opportunity to shape a nurturing environment where children can thrive. You'll be supported by a network of professionals and will report to the Director of Nurseries.

You'll be supported by a network of professionals and will report to the Nursery Manager and the Director of Nurseries.
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for young children. Key responsibilities include actively encouraging children's development through varied play and learning opportunities, ensuring their well-being and safety, and providing personal care such as feeding and nappy changing. The role also involves undertaking a key worker role for specific children, maintaining their individual records, assisting with curriculum planning, and upholding high standards of hygiene and safety. Essential qualities for this position include empathy, excellent communication skills with both children and parents, a calm and caring nature, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
As a Nursery Apprentice - Early Years Educator, you will work under the guidance of qualified staff to support the delivery of the early years curriculum, focusing on learning activities with individual children and groups. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of children, providing personal care, and promoting their self-esteem and independence. Apprentices assist with planning, recording progress, preparing resources, and fostering positive behaviour, while also developing their own skills and knowledge in early years education and adhering to all safeguarding and setting policies.

What you'll bring:
- A full and relevant Early Years Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is essential for the Nursery Practitioner roles.
- Willingness to become a certified Paediatric First Aider and Food Hygiene expert.
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted regulations.
- A deep-rooted awareness of health and safety, equal opportunities, and safeguarding.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- A proven track record in observing, assessing, and planning for children's learning.
- A team-player attitude with excellent communication skills.
- IT wizardry, being comfortable with various IT tools.
- A professional, honest, reliable, and flexible approach.
- A calm, caring, and incredibly enthusiastic nature.
- A healthy sense of humour.
- A profound commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
