What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • have a relevant Level 3 qualification (required)
  • are enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • are able to work effectively within our hardworking, talented and friendly team on whole school issues
  • enjoy working with children and can develop good working relationships with them
  • understand and are sympathetic to the needs of young children
  • have experience of supporting children’s learning
  • have a good knowledge and experience of the Early Years Curriculum
  • have a current First Aid or be prepared to undertake training
  • are willing to undertake training to support children with SEND needs
