Nursery Manager job summary

NURSERY MANAGER REQUIRED SEPTEMBER 2026

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our Nursery class for 3-4-year-old children. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years educator to work within our highly motivated, passionate team.

Key roles will include (please see job description for a detailed breakdown):

Working alongside staff to plan and deliver whole-class and small-group learning activities

Developing relationships with parents

Accurately observe and assess pupils, keeping accurate records of these.

37 hours per week (8am - 4pm)

40 working weeks per year (45.8 paid weeks per year)

Salary: Scale 7 point 19 - £28,802.88 pro rata per annum
