What skills and experience we're looking for

You will:

- Support the delivery of high-quality early-years education and care

- Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive

- Work closely with teachers and early-years practitioners to support learning through play and planned activities

- Contribute to observations, planning, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework

You must have:

- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent and ‘full and relevant’ as defined by the DfE)

- Experience of working with children aged 3–5, ideally in a school setting

- A warm, caring and professional approach with a genuine passion for working with young children

- A good understanding of the EYFS and child development

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
