At Wellesbourne CE Primary School, part of the Fosse Multi-Academy Trust, we know that play is where learning truly begins. Our Nursery is a vibrant, nurturing space where children are encouraged to explore, imagine, and grow - and we’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Playworker to join our wonderful team.

This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives, helping them to build confidence, friendships, and a lifelong love of learning in their early years.

About the Role

As our new Nursery Playworker, you’ll be part of a supportive and dedicated team that creates a safe, happy, and inspiring environment for every child. We recognise the importance of this role and the profound impact it has on a child’s early development and lifelong learning journey. Every smile, story, and shared moment helps to build the foundations for confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning that will stay with them for years to come.

You’ll work alongside our experienced Nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and play-based learning experiences, supporting children to explore, imagine, and thrive in a nurturing and inclusive setting.

You’ll also support children during lunchtime, ensuring that every part of their day is filled with care, encouragement, and positivity.

We’re looking for someone who shares our belief that every child deserves the very best start in life - someone who brings warmth, patience, and joy to this vital role.
