The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit two Nursery Practitioners to join our team at Little Learners Nursery, based at Castle Batch Primary School Academy.

At Little Learners @ Castle Batch Primary School Academy we understand and celebrate the unique qualities in every child and we ensure our Nursery is an enjoyable and positive experience for all of the children in our care. Our purpose built classrooms, Discoverers and Adventurers will have access to outstanding resources and learning opportunities, with the outside area being an extension of the classroom. Castle Batch Primary School Academy offers Little Learners access to wonderful facilities such as the Forest School area, large dining and sports hall and the playing fields.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the Monitoring and Evaluation processes and requirements as requested by the Nursery Manager or Deputy Managers.
  • Participate in ensuring Little Learners Nursery complies with the OFSTED regulations and other requirements as agreed.
  • Participate in maintaining the resources and equipment as required to ensure smooth and safe running of the Nursery facilities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A good standard of education/ 3 or more GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade C/Level 4 minimum.
  • Previous experience of working in a school or nursery setting.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A full and relevant Early Years qualification to level three or above.
