Nursery Practitioner Level 3


We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our early years team. Working within our Foundation Stage unit you will be a real team player, full or energy, enthusiasm and a positive outlook ensuring the best learning and care for our children. You will have an excellent understanding of the learning and welfare needs of pre-school children and want to work as part of a strong team of early years staff.  

 

As an experienced early years practitioner, you will be able to support in the planning and assessment of children. You will know the value of high-quality adult interactions and put the development of language and social and emotional development at the heart of all that you do. You won’t be frightened to roll up your sleeves and will enjoy developing playful and imaginative experiences for our pupils. 


You will work within our thriving Exeter school community, a wonderful and inclusive group of schools who work closely together to meet the needs of our children. The schools are part of the St Christopher’s Trust - a family of 21 Church and Community Schools spanning three local authorities and providing a rich network of collaboration. The Trust will build a package of exceptional continuous professional development, with clear support networks within each school and across the hub, to ensure that the appointed candidate loves coming to work each day!
