What we are looking for:
- Have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development
- A commitment and dedication to your career and the children in your care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's development
- Have a positive, can-do attitude to problem solving
