  • Have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development
  • A commitment and dedication to your career and the children in your care
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's development
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude to problem solving
