What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be committed to raising standards
- Be able to motivate and inspire children, staff, parents and Governors
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Be someone who can create an atmosphere in which children can thrive and succeed
- Have experience of working with children with SEND
The essential requirements of this role are:
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) English and Maths
- Fluency of the English Language at an Advanced Threshold Level
- Participation in development and training opportunities as they arise
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid paediatric first aid certificate if you are an Early Years Practitioner who qualified after June 2016
