What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Be committed to raising standards
  • Be able to motivate and inspire children, staff, parents and Governors
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Be someone who can create an atmosphere in which children can thrive and succeed
  • Have experience of working with children with SEND

The essential requirements of this role are:

  • GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) English and Maths
  • Fluency of the English Language at an Advanced Threshold Level
  • Participation in development and training opportunities as they arise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Valid paediatric first aid certificate if you are an Early Years Practitioner who qualified after June 2016
