• Working pattern: Full time (Can be done as a job share): Full time post (37 hours a week) involves shift patterns ranging between 7.20 – 18.10, Monday – Friday, option to work a 4 day week if preferred, full year, job share / flexible working opportunities available.

• Full time equivalent salary: Between £26,016 and £26,847

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about working in early years education. Experience within early years and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework is desirable. Enthusiasm and a commitment to nurturing young learners are essential as you play a pivotal role in their development and enjoyment of learning. You will need to have an appropriate Level 3 nursery qualification.

Little PAWS Nursery received it's first Ofsted Inspection in March 2026. Ofsted recognised “the nursery values align seamlessly with the school's focus on ensuring that every child achieves well and has the best possible start to their learning journey."
