What skills and experience we're looking for
. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, high-quality learning environment for pre-school children, ensuring their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development. As we work to build up our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) numbers, you will play a vital role in expanding our provision while maintaining a close-knit, nurturing community. You will lead and support the nursery staff, working collaboratively with them to create an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere where every child can thrive. The ideal candidate will have a DfE-recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and a passion for making a positive impact in the early years of children’s learning. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our nursery provision while building strong partnerships with families and ensuring the nursery’s policies and procedures are followed with care and professionalism.
