  • Good understanding of child development
  • Ability to plan in the moment based on following the children's interests and observations you make
  • Experience working with children 2-4 years old
  • Experience working with children with SEND and who are early learners of English
  • Ability to fit quickly into an established staff team and to provide leadership
  • Open, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Happy to work outdoors in all weathers
