What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be part of a passionate and dedicated team making a real difference to children and young people’s lives. We are looking for someone who has possesses a variety of special skills which can be used when working with children, young people and their families: eg: therapeutic mentoring; mental health first aid; safeguarding; managing challenging behaviour; academic support in the classroom. This exciting and varied role will provide you with a wide range of experiences, including:
● key working individual students
● developing your skills in working with children with SEMH/ASD/Mental Health difficulties
● supporting learning both in and out of the classroom
● co-planning and supporting a variety of creative activities
