What skills and experience we're looking for
Nuture Teacher
We are seeking an inspiring, self-motivated and compassionate teacher who is committed to ensuring all children can access engaging learning and reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have high expectations of behaviour and attainment, a secure understanding of the curriculum, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
This role involves working with a small group of children with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, so we are particularly looking for a nurturing and caring practitioner who can build strong relationships, create a safe and supportive environment, and respond sensitively to individual needs.
