Salary: D5-6 - £25,583-£25,989 FTE / £15,394-£15,638 per annum actual salary
Part-time - 26 hours per week; term time + 1 week
Monday to Thursday 9am-2pm, Friday 9am-4pm
Start Date : July 2026
We are looking for an efficient Secretarial Assistant to work in our school office. The main duties of the role include:
Managing the online collection and receipt of payments e.g. online school trip payments, music tuition fees, school club payments and banking money for charity donations
Managing the ordering and administration of payments for school meals, liaising with the catering team
Processing routine orders, invoices and other processing data; liaising with the Trust Finance team
Personnel/staffing administrative matters, for example, maintaining confidential staff records, overtime claims etc. in the absence of other office staff
