What skills and experience we're looking for

The role involves working as part of a Trans-Disciplinary Team (TDT) to provide occupational therapy support in a school setting. Key duties include conducting occupational therapy assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, and developing personalised support plans for children and young people. The role also includes collaboration with staff, supporting training, ensuring adherence to legal and safeguarding standards, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall educational and care environment. The position requires maintaining professional standards, attending supervision, and participating in staff development activities.
