Off Site Centre (OSC) Manager job summary

 Launceston College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Off Site Centre (OSC) Manager to support leaning and manage the implementation of the College’s behaviour policies within the OSC. 

Your role, as OSC manager will be to take a pro-active role as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team in the support of students, teachers, the curriculum and the College to support pupil reintegration to mainstream classes.

·         Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour in a secondary setting 

 

·         Be well organised, inspirational, ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated, able to use own initiative and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people 

 

·         Be committed to developing the character of all our young people by motivating and encouraging academic and social progress
