Office Administrator job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly motivated and forward-thinking team at Dunbury Academy. We are looking to appoint an Administrative Officer to provide efficient administrative support, including undertaking manual and computer data entry/extraction and other clerical duties. We pride ourselves on having high standards of conduct and behaviour at all times and are seeking a professional to join us in promoting this in our learning community.

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:
- Ensure a comprehensive administrative/clerical and secretarial service
- Complete appropriate data input and paperwork associated with student database and student subscription services (eg. Arbor)
- Undertake general office duties
- Receive telephone calls and take appropriate action
- Provide support with the processing of incoming/outgoing mail
- Support with the administration associated with premises maintenance and management.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
- Can commit to 24.5 hours per week (working days to be negotiated)

This is a part time position (24 hours 30 minutes per week) on a permanent basis
