Office Administrator job summary

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible Office Administrator with a commitment to high standards and efficiency to join our office team. The ability to multi-task is essential along with a proactive attitude.

The position will be based in our busy reception and the successful candidate will providing high quality support to students, parents and staff.

The successful candidate will:

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with common educational software.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and support others in their use.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality.
