Office Administrator job summary

The posts will include:

Answering enquiries from parents and visitors in person and over the phone.

Keep the schools MIS (SIMs) up to date and accurate with pupil data.

Take ownership of the admissions processes in the school.

Record pupil attendance and accurately report attendance figures to necessary stakeholders.

Manage the school diary and weekly communications to parents.

The successful candidates will:

Have relevant experience of working in an office environment.

Be able to work as part of a team, sharing excellent practice and learning from others

Be committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and children

Have excellent interpersonal skills
