We are seeking a dedicated, organised, and welcoming Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of our busy school office while helping to foster a positive and professional environment for staff, pupils, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-of-house reception and clerical support

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, visitors, and enquiries

  • Support school communications including newsletters and letters to parents

  • Manage pupil records, admissions, and attendance via the school MIS

  • Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies as required

  • Support with safeguarding and medical documentation

  • Assist with website updates and administrative filing

  • Organise school trips, events, and health & safety procedures

  • Keep office systems and supplies well organised and running smoothly
